1. We also offer Express Shipping at a competitive rate.
2. All products are made to order, so please allow 3 - 4 business days for production and shipment. You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order has been shipped.
3. Please allow a day or two for your tracking number to update once you receive your shipping notification. The time it takes to get to your specific country depends on your distance from us and the customs procedures of your country.
4. Standard shipping takes about 15-23 business days to arrive. Express shipping takes about 2-5 business days to arrive.

Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Kismet Decals:

1. Every piece is made to order and we do not resell your returned products.
2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund. 
3. Only items that have been purchased directly from www.KismetDecals.com can be returned to us.
4. Please ensure that the item you're returning is in new and unused condition.
5. If your item(s) arrived damaged/defective or incorrect please contact us (info@kismetdecals.com) and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
