The film industry took a massive hit from the pandemic, and Marvel Studios was no exception. There is no expectation from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) this year, seeing that every scheduled release for an MCU film or TV show has been pushed back. But somehow, Disney has managed to keep WandaVision on track, and it may be the only film that survives the 2020 MCU hiatus. MCU Phase 4 was announced shortly after Avengers: Endgame successfully wrapped up Phase 1-3, and among the upcoming films and TV shows announced were - Black Widow, Eternals, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, and Shang-Chi. Pretty much everything has been delayed, and based on the initial timeline announced by Disney, WandaVision was scheduled to premier after these four titles. However, it seems like we might have WandaVIsion arrive before the rest.
