We're so excited to announce our creative collaboration with illustrator and "lover of stories" - Angelyn Peh (find her on Instagram @angelynpeh)! Her watercolor works are beautiful and honest.
She loves to paint out favorite parts of books that she reads, which is able to entice anyone to pick up a good book and leave their mobile phones alone for awhile. She's not afraid to explore her own interpretation of books, poems and quotes. We're especially curious (and excited) to see where her 'Harry Potter' series takes her!
Angelyn believes that stories can be found especially in the little moments in life, and hopes that her illustrations repackage reality in a way that will help others recognize the magic and beauty that hides in plain sight in their everyday routines.
When not reading, making art, writing, and marathon-ing TV shows, she can be found hiding out in bookstores and going on morning runs perfectly timed to catch the sunrise. She is probably thinking about waffles in each of these scenarios.
